Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CartoonMakerAI, operated by Buğra Sözeri in Istanbul, Türkiye, collects and uses information when you visit cartoonmakerai.com, create an account, generate a video, or contact us. This page is a working product disclosure and should be reviewed against the final legal entity, vendors, and consent tools before publication.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

CartoonMakerAI is the service operator and data controller for the account, product, and support information described here, where applicable law uses that concept. For privacy requests, contacthello@cartoonmakerai.com.

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication information

We collect your email address when you use a magic sign-in link. If you use Google sign-in, we may receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google, subject to the permissions and settings of that service.

Prompts, settings, and generated content

We collect the prompts, style selections, format settings, character or setting notes, generation status, and video files needed to run the service and show your generation history. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other information that you do not want sent to a generation provider.

Usage, device, and measurement information

We may receive page path, referrer, approximate device or browser information, event names, session identifiers, and product actions such as landing-page CTA clicks, signup starts, and generation submissions. Google Analytics may process measurement data when the relevant analytics configuration is enabled.

Payment and support information

Payments are processed by Creem.io. We do not ask you to send card numbers to us by email and do not store full payment-card details. If you contact support, we process the message, email address, and related account information needed to respond.

3. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide video generation, store and display generation history, calculate credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, measure product performance, and improve the service. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent for optional cookies, personalized advertising, and other optional measurement activities.

4. Video generation providers and other processors

To provide the service, information may be shared with the following categories of providers. The active vendor inventory must be kept current if the production stack changes.

  • Google for Google authentication and, when enabled, Google Analytics or Google-served advertising.
  • Brevo for transactional email delivery, including authentication and service messages.
  • iVCreator for processing prompts and rendering requested videos.
  • Cloudflare R2 for storing generated video assets.
  • Creem.io for checkout, billing, and payment processing.

These providers may process information in countries different from your own. We use reasonable contractual, technical, and operational measures appropriate to the service and applicable law.

5. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The service uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, session continuity, and user preferences. A short-lived browser record may also preserve a prompt and style selection while you move from an SEO landing page through signup to the authenticated generator. This record does not contain a password, session token, or payment information and expires automatically.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar identifiers. Where consent is legally required, optional technologies must remain disabled until a user makes an appropriate choice. Users can contact us to withdraw or change an optional consent choice; the production consent-management interface should provide a persistent preferences link in the footer.

6. Google advertising cookies and opt-out choices

If Google-served ads are displayed on CartoonMakerAI, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Users may manage personalized advertising inGoogle Ads Settingsor use the available choices ataboutads.info.

If additional ad technology providers or ad networks are enabled, we will identify them in the applicable consent experience or on this page, link to their provider information, and provide their available opt-out choices. Google-served ads should be enabled only after the applicable consent and publisher-policy review is complete.

7. How long we keep information

We keep account and generation information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. When you request account deletion, we aim to remove personal data and generation history within 30 days, except for information that must be retained under applicable law or that remains in secure backups for a limited backup cycle.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing. You can request account deletion or a copy of your information by emailinghello@cartoonmakerai.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information that we are legally required to keep.

9. Children's privacy

CartoonMakerAI is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. The service may be used to make family-friendly or educational videos, but an adult or authorized organization must control the account and review generated content.

10. Security and third-party links

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards designed to protect account, prompt, and generated-content information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Public pages may link to third-party services whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, vendors, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. Material changes should be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
