Using CartoonMakerAI

CartoonMakerAI lets you generate cartoon-style videos from text prompts. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.

Credits and billing

Video generation is billed per credit. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Subscription credits reset each billing period and don't carry over. Payments are processed by Creem.io.

Content ownership

On paid plans, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially, including on monetized channels. Free plan videos include a watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited content

You may not use CartoonMakerAI to generate content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or violates our video provider's content policy. This includes, without limitation, a strict prohibition on generating NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult content, as well as content depicting minors in an exploitative or sexualized manner. All prompts are automatically screened before generation, and violating requests are rejected. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Availability

Video generation depends on our third-party provider, iVCreator. We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

You may stop using CartoonMakerAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the prohibited content rules above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
